(1) Add three classes, "disease" (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/DOID_4), "disease of cellular proliferation" (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/DOID_14566), and "cancer" (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/DOID_162), into the doid-imports.owl.
(2) Remove the error message in the doid-imports.owl file: "At least one lower level term IRI is required."
(3) In protege, change the "TEMP" to "doi" in the import list of ncro.owl.
