Why miRNA_and_target_gene_binding is a function? #21

If it is a function, please change the label to binding function. Binding is misleading. It sounds as a process term.

The naming, in this case, follows the usage of GO, which uses 'binding' in function terms. The axioms were wrong. I've changed them to

'realized in' only ('miRNA binding' and ('has participant' some miRNA) and ('has participant' some (inverse('is about') some miRNA_target_gene)))

Actually that was wrong too. miRNA binding is function term, so:

'miRNA binding' and 'realized in' only ('has participant' some (inverse('is about') some miRNA_target_gene))

Later I will express this better, but there's still some unwinding to do.
