is there any reason not to simply generate(by script) the whole of NCRO from the latest release of miRBase?

I've regenerated the ncro miRNA terms in the dev version. There are some issues noted in the commit(9c81ad7342aea6ec4078639d1e0aecc86ec9f6ce). In addition the URIs are not final - I've been using the miRBase ids and these need to be rewritten. All human miRNA are included as well as any fly,chicken,mouse,rat,cow or c.elegans miRNA in a family with a human miRNA.
