This updates omnisharp roslyn to the latest 1.30.1 version.

No easy upgrade, since the release content changed. Will close this one and start working to get it fixed.

I have opened a new PR (#11) to finish updating to the new asset-format and to update versioning. However, it seems the maintainers have abandoned this aspect of the project...
