Switch undent to tilde

So, uh, I'm gonna be honest...I hardly know what I'm doing with this. I tried installing omnisharp-mono from homebrew, and it didn't work. However, homebrew said no, and literally told me to make this change. I made the change in my local Tap, and it seemed to work. As a good open source developer, I'm submitting a pull request, just ask if you'd like more info.
