Failure of omnisharp-mode to autoload with Csharp mode on Gnu Emacs 26.1 Arch Linux

My system configuration is as follows:

• Operating system: Linux habdin-homelinux.net 4.16.12-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri May 25 23:30:31 UTC 2018 x86_64 GNU/Linux
• Emacs version and Build: GNU Emacs 26.1 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.22.30) of 2018-05-29
• Omnisharp installed version: 20180121.702
• Omnisharp rosylin server: installed with omnisharp-install-server and its version is 1.26.3
• Configuration snippet to load omnisharp-mode with csharp-mode: (use-package omnisharp :config (add-to-list 'company-backends 'company-omnisharp) :hook (csharp-mode))

Problems encountered:

Failure of autoloading of Omnisharp-mode with csharp-mode (yet the mode is loaded manually(as I can see the mode present in the modeline))

Error echoed when pressing C-h e:

omnisharp.elc failed to define function omnisharp Please provide me with help concerning this problem: its origin, possible solution(s).
