No assemblies are being loaded properly. #525

I currently am struggling to make omnisharp-emacs (in DOOM Emacs) to work properly, seeing that no assemblies, not even System.Data, are being loaded; I checked #398 as the error is similar to what I have output when omnisharp-emacs starts up, to no avail.

Checking /usr/lib/mono/xbuild I can see that the Microsoft.WebApplication.targets exists under /usr/lib/mono/xbuild/Microsoft/VisualStudio and their respective versions, however, no v17 directory exists, so using that won't help, if it did, I maybe misconfigured my omnisharp configuration?

You may want to report this to omnisharp-roslyn repo instead https://github.com/OmniSharp/omnisharp-roslyn as the crash appears to be on server code.

Also if you're using doom, you may want to enable +lsp for csharp as omnisharp-emacs is on maintenance mode only and you should use lsp-mode instead :)
