Find all (alt+enter) keybind no longer works #233

It appears the OmniSharp plugin disables the alt+enter shortcut to find_all. In Sublime text this is a pretty fundamental shortcut seeing the program thrives off quick text manipulation. Is there any solution to restore this keybind?
