Implement WinSparkle Updater #20

WinSparkle will make it easier for us to deploy updates in the future. We just need someone to actually implement it for us.

This would be a nice feature. I don't think it'll conflict with any existing code, but I'm not 100% sure. Stil, this gets my :+1:

Adding v1.1.0 as a tentative milestone.

I think even I might be able to set up Winsparkle fairly easily. It's only a few lines of code included before the main window.

We'll also have to ask Omni to setup an Appcast feed we can access.

I believe we should agree on someone to discuss things with Omniscient, just so we aren't bothering him by having 3 different people asking him the same question. The obvious choice is @caffeinewriter, seeing as you're the project lead and stuff and it doesn't really matter as long as someone does it.

Did you ask or did we just agree that we have to ask?

We have a VM host for things like this, I don't think we need Omniscient.

I actually also have access to three nodes, namely node1.omnicoin.cc, node2.omnicoin.cc and node3.omnicoin.cc. Although I think Omniscient locked me out of node3 because he's experimenting on it.

Do we have a VM host?

Yes, it runs the build servers for Jenkins (they don't build it successfully yet) running VMWare ESXi.

The only thing we need Omniscient is for a subdomain to route our Appcast feed. I could do it on omnicoin.pw, but it's otherwise pretty much unused, and I'm unsure if I'll renew it once it expires. Omnicoin.org should be around for the life of the project, so that's the best solution. Once we have Winsparkle ready to be implemented, I'll shoot him a PM.
