have 404 error when trying to migrate !! #27

hello, thanks for the plugin.. I have problem when I try to migrate, it stops on the 4th line (posts line) in debug.log file I see the folloing (repeated a lot):

do you know what is the reason !!? I follow your steps and I tried stopped all plugins, same error :/
