API Search

Instead of search By Ingredient, we should just do search Recipes because you can't add intolerance or diet tags to the Search by Ingredients page. Instead in our search bar we can make it so that you exclude specific ingredients from your recipe group, rather than include ingredients that you would like. Please let @Onariaginosa know if you disagree so we can figure out what to do>
