Update copyrights/branding to preserve FreeCAD and add Ondsel #11

Ondsel needs to distinguish Ondsel ES from vanilla FreeCAD while crediting FreeCAD developers.

This PR patches source code in 4 places. There's likely more, but these are the most user-visible occurences.

Ideally we should do all this stuff with the branding functionality: https://github.com/Ondsel-Development/freecad-feedstock/tree/main/recipe/branding

but some of this stuff might be missing in that functionality, I'll look into it and make a PR to enable that upstream
