automatically create a reference to the "dimension" when it is given a "name" #119

Is there an existing issue for this?

Problem description

When designing, I often use "expressions" to specify dimensions on sketches I would like FREECAD to automatically create a reference to the "dimension" when it is given a "name"

as an example "<>#Sketch.Constraints.DIM"

Also saved it in "properties"
