toggling transparency turns off the overlapping task+property view #60

Is there an existing issue for this?

Problem description

When enabling transparency for the right side docked windows the overlapping task+property view is disabled. It is apparently incompatible with this mode, but also stays disabled even when going back to non-transparent overlay.

It's worth noting that I haven't found a way to enable it again after the actions shown in the attached screen capture. I'm sure there is probably a way but it's not obvious to me in the settings.
