Menu rework #38

I think this is current until a couple of other PRs are accepted (team, download). This addresses most of #21.

The team and downloads links are just commented out in docusaurus.config.js and are easily modified once those branches are merged.

Once #35 is merged I'd like to get this merged as well with whatever the latest we have for links. I'll update/amend as needed to cover additional pages and modifications (e.g.: #41 once the doc paths are settled and working). If there's any other comments please let me know - otherwise I'll probably merge tomorrow after the team page stuff.
