Added example from http://one-com.github.io/knockout-dragdrop/ to the repository.

I'm afaid that I think it would be better to point to the example on the gh-pages branch in the readme. But if we are going to have the example on the master branch, we should just track master from gh-pages.

That's up to you. When I first checkout a new project, I like to have a working example at my fingertips, instead of having to build one or copy a webpage.

Hi, thanks for you for pushing the library to be more usable. I moved the examples to master. I didn't take your pull request as I need the gh-pages to work with the example as well. But my changes should do what you asked for. Sorry that it was not your changes that landed and sorry for taking so long. Please keep contributing to the project.
