Will the trained parameter "best.ckpt" be released? #3

Hello, I want to use your code to detect ellipse in natural images, but I can not find the trained parameters. Please give a link in cloud bank like Baidu or Google?

It is very hard to install files with Baidu because it is in Chinese language and requires installing the program on my laptop to be able to install the file.

It would be swell and very much appreciated, If it is possible for you to upload the pretrained model to a place where everybody can download without going into troubling process.
