:VimwikiAll2HTML counter-intuitively deletes non-wiki htmls #354

:VimwikiAll2HTML will delete all non-wiki html's in the html folder, a behavior 
that I consider as counter-intuitively and that causes troubles at least for me.

I am not sure whether other 2HTML functions behave in the same way. I hope you 
guys can remove this behavior or provide an option to turn it off.
