Argo raw data is processed by DACs (Data Assembly Centres) who developed and maintain their decoders.
This ticket is to provide a container of major Argo data decoders. The container (docker, singularity) will be activated on a series of cloud infrastructures (academic infrastructures such as NOAA, EOSC, Galaxy and commercial infrastructure such as Amazon, Google, Azure).
