Readme link to stable documentation returns 404 #7

The README links http://developer.onebusaway.org/modules/onebusaway-gtfs-realtime-from-siri-cli/current/ and https://developer.onebusaway.org/modules/onebusaway-gtfs-realtime-from-siri-cli/current-SNAPSHOT/ currently don't work.

I'd like to provide a PR but have no clue, if these pages still exist.

@hbruch thanks for the head's up! I'll investigate what'll be needed to build the latest and get that restored.
