Show scheduled time regardless of data availability #570

User feedback:

[...] viewing a bus stop with many routes arriving and their estimated time of arrival, it would be great to have the option to also see the actual scheduled time from metro for the bus route. This would very much help with planning, because sometimes, even though I know the bus is coming in five minutes, I’d like to know when it is scheduled to come so I can plan to be back at that stop in a certain amount of time. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on/off so it wasn’t always verbalizing if folks weren’t interested in hearing this information.

Could be a app-wide setting toggle, or a menu option to toggle scheduled/real-time data on a per-session basis.

Needs design.
