Finishes the Swift concurrency story.

ObacoAPIService → Async
Remove no-longer needed NetworkOperation, etc.
Cleanup usage of "betterAPIService" → "apiService"
Fixes a import OBAKit issue with #639
UI: Removes the progress view from TripFloatingPanelController, since async does not report progress.
