add [retired] to beginning of repo description #2

I suggest adding [retired] to the beginning of repo description for easy reference on https://github.com/OneBusAway.

I don't have write access on this repo it seems. Still, it's been cleaned out by Caitlin so we're probably fine.

@aaronbrethorst Are you sure you don't have write access? I just checked the OBA org Github permissions and iphone-common is in the same Github group as iphone, and you have Caitlin have equivalent permissions in that group.

Ah - so I think editing the repo name/description requires "Admin" rights, which is a level above "Write" access. So you should be able to push to this repo given the current Write access for the iPhone group, but you won't be able to change the name or description. Our past policy has been to grant only write access, not Admin, to contributors. Easiest/fastest resolution to this issue is probably for you to tell me what you want it to say and I'll change it. Otherwise we'd need to run it by others to elevate to Admin.
