The user location annotation view should appear on first launch of the app #1353

Expected behavior

I should see a user location annotation view when I launch the app for the first time.

Actual behavior

I don't.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Delete OBA from your device
  2. Reinstall OBA
  3. Launch OBA
  4. Accept location permissions
