Fixes several issues noted in the last build, including:
Adds an offline message to the Map Table
Fixes departure time label layout issues (thank you Alan again!) [Fixes #1375]
Improves Map Table appearance on iOS 10
Prevents bookmarks from being rearranged when sorting by proximity
Restores read/unread functionality to the alerts controller
