I've temporarily disabled certificate checking when auto-downloading sherpa QPKGs and various other internal files. If sherpa is throwing errors when attempting to download QPKGs, or unable to find objects or packages files, please manually download and install the latest sherpa QPKG [available here](https://github.com/OneCDOnly/sherpa/releases/download/v230325/sherpa_230325.qpkg). To manually install this in your QTS App Center, you'll need to re-enable the installation of unsigned QPKGs again. Please advise of any problems.

GitHub is working again, so I've re-enabled secure downloading in sherpa QPKG 230430.
