Remove copyright from template #181

Debian denied kalamine’s inclusion because of leftover copyright in the template files for kbdtools

Indeed, this is just a leftover. Kalamine creates a file that looks like a Microsoft KbdTool C file… a bit too much, as we even mimic the copyright notice, which obviously doesn’t apply. My bad.
