feat: Added a `defauld.nix` file to build app on NixOS. #190

I updated a small default.nix file someone shared on the Ergo‑L Discord server, that way NixOS users can easily build the app locally (and by that I mean me ; I’m NixOS users 🙃)

I think @lobre is also on NixOS, so I’ll add him for review
