Add Leipzig University 2012 Corpus
Technically this corpus might not make unanimity again, but at least the university seems to have
thought about the issue a lot, so anyone interested can read their research about how they build
corpora and why they think it’s representative
Fix shebangs in corpus generation binaries/usr/bin/env is the safe call, not /bin/env (at least for NixOS and MacOS I think)
