new 1.0.9 version breaks the code #52

i upgraded the authentication-package from nuget from 1.0.8 to 1.0.9 and now the class CredentialVault is gone... so the code i had to create a msaauthadapter with credentialvault is broken.

It seems that a UWP version of the dll is added to version 1.0.9, and the class CredentialVault is missing in that specific version.

they update the library but don't take issues on GitHub seriously apparently, the issue is still not fixed
