JP and AV to discuss how to prioritise reported issues as part of their review of issues task.

Note this is an action that originates from a discussion at TIG 19 (https://github.com/OneGeology/TechnicalDiscussion/wiki/TIG-Online-Meeting-2021-01-18) followoing on from a migration or tasks from the previously used BRGM Forge issues tracker. The issue was originally between JP and NM (who has since left BRGM)
