Update RMCA service URL for DRC and Rwanda and Burundi #103

The RMCA service URL for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda and Burundi layers has been modified.

Old service URL was:

http://edit.africamuseum.be/geoserver/RMCA_Bedrock_and_Structural_Geology/wms?

New Service URL is:

https://edit.africamuseum.be/geoserver/RMCA_Bedrock_and_Structural_Geology/wms?

Please edit metadata or remove and reharvest as appropriate
