Can we come up with a policy to ensure that the layers used follow some consistent pattern
Should we chose layers also on service availability (triggered through the monitoring service) &/or periodically swap which layers are shown depending on some rota
Can we change ordering of layers so that for larger scale maps are shown or listed above smaller scale maps.
Must ensure that at least one layer from Principal or Associate members is showing
Some information can be deduced from the list itself, but still need a very short description of the meaning of the XML file and why layers are selected.
