Remove import-module for nonexistent SaveHTTPItemsUsingBITS.psm1 #38

BITS was replaced with Invoke-WebRequest but the module still attempts to load a nonexistent SaveHTTPItemUsingBITS module. This causes Install-Package to throw an exception.
