Discovery Tools need Directory Info in SWID Tag Format #84

When OneGet data is provided using SWIDTagText, discovery tools will often need to know which directory the application is installed in. Generated tags may have that included, but vendor supplied SWID tags may not. If there is no location information for the software, suggest a supplemental tag that includes location of the discovered SWID tag.

Indeed -- the Swidtag data is purely a prototype right now; we'll be filling in more of it over the next few months.
