AutoScript not launching the RemoteApp Launcher #21

Hello team,

We are using the web generic script to launch our application via chrome browser. but unfortunately, the auto it script is not invoking via remote app launcher. the launcher window stuck without proceeding further.

Need help solving this.

Do you see the error in the IO logs? Have you solved the problem yet?

Hi, As suggested above, please first check the Launcher logs at C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\OneIdentity\OI-SG-RemoteApp-Launcher It may be required to add --enable-debug tot he parameters in the RDP App configuration.
