[Feature Request] - Cursed earth spread #100

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I see the cursed earth as a replication from Extra Utilities 2, but in that mod the cursed earth spread through to connected blocks of dirt. But I'm trying to do it with Mini Utilities in Oceanblock, and it doesn't work, and I lost all my cursed earth because it transforms to normal dirt when is too bright, that, I think, is also a new mechanic.

Maybe there could be an item/tool to enable the spread of the cursed earth, or by default could work like in Extra Utilities 2

At the end the cursed earth has spread, but since is not as fast as in Ex2 I thought it didn't work.
