This PR consolidates duplicate code around the earth blocks as well as adds some general fixes/updates.
Specific changes include:
Earth (that normally does so) will only turn to dirt when light level is above 6 AND the sky is visible. This allows admins/players to easily disable mob spawns by turning on a light without destroying a farm.

Earth will now only spawn mobs when the gamerule "doMobSpawning" is set to true. This allows servers/players to disable mob spawning completely.
Consolidates the EarthBlocks into a unified class in order to reduce codebase and duplicate lines.
