My previous PR broke player damage a bit, while fixing it I noticed the damage for diamond and nether spikes is completely off. So instead of hitting them with enchanted stick, its now simply changing base damage of hitting someone with hand, so now it actually deals exactly 8 and 16 damage from diamond and nether spikes
