Fix css outline #12

Fix CSS Outline of currently focused game

Fixes #11

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Force the outline to 2px everywhere where outline is set. It should also make the other outline work as they were not displayed.

I'm not sure i see any differences on my end. Can you tell me where to look ? I might just merge the PR as it doesn't seems to break anything

The outline is supposed to add a blue border on the selected game
