As a user / developer, I want to be able to find events to attend, so that I can get some in-person time with other Ethereum ecosystem participants.

[ ] Global map of Ethereum-related Meetups
Can be used to identify regions that are lacking an Ethereum presence, and can be used by users to find Meetups in their area
Can encourage EF to support growth efforts in those regions
