This pull request upgrades the tusd binary to version 1.0.2. It also apply the required changes to support the tus server configuration changes:

breaking Remove storage_size limitation from the configuration as it was removed from tusd
breaking Remove .bin extension from path of file uploads
Support new hooks payload (Storage and HTTPRequest keys)
