start with copy of contact history. it has all history has (view/add)

fields:

message (textarea / text)
article_idfs ( select to Article Module )
contact_idfs ( select to Contact Module )
state_ifds ( select to tag - create 2 entity tags for contactrequest-single - new/closed)
