Sometimes PR descriptions will not make sense to SDK consumers, so I try to rephrase for that audience if I can.

Seeing something called Read-Your-Write Consistency won't make sense to the average consumer, I might rephrase along the lines of For our server only, improve accuracy of targeting users and subscriptions, which I think is the gist of the changes.
