AMP support improvement: respect bell widget positioning settings from OneSignal configuration screen #291

Description: Have the AMP version respect the left/right settings from the WP Admin options screen. Currently it's hard-coded to the right corner.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

  1. set up the plugin on your AMP Wordpress site
  2. observe the subscription bell widget does not respect the left/right settings
