Remove the Xamarin.GooglePlayServices.Ads.Identifier dependency #208

Removing the dependency since it doesn't seem to be necessary for the project but it does trigger the new Google Ads and Monetization policy since July 8th.

Please can someone take a look at this. Six months outstanding now. It doesn't have any conflicts and is a needed pull for app store compliance

why do they even have Google Ads as dependency? This is the reason although my app doesnt have ads, Google play store shows that my app contains ads. I have just checked the 4.0.0 beta-1 version, it semms doesnt display a dependency on Google.Ads. Can someone confirm this ?

This PR is no longer needed, the adid symbols were removed from our sample app.
