Motivation

Syncs Xamarin SDK method calls with the ones in Unity SDK. Clean up on certain descriptions, methods and parameter names

Scope

Update LogType to LogLevel
Update PermissionStateChanged to NotificationPermissionChanged
Update NotificationWasOpened to NotificationOpened
Remove LogoutOptions file
Update SetEmail and SetSMSNumber descriptions
Update language parameter to languageCode
