OAuth redirect points to localhost dev instead of ngosi.io #65

@iAmWillShepherd Would this issue be solved if we change the redirect URI from localhost dev to ngosi.io? I wanted to go ahead and try this but I don't know which platform we used to register ngosi for OAuth.

I think it's best to control this from an environment variable this should work in your local dev machine in adding to production.
