Ceilometer proxy not working with heat instances

We have successfully installed the proxy and it is getting the instance details from the OpenStack.

However , we have noticed few issues..

• We have heat orchestrator installed in our infrastructure. The instances getting created using heat are not being captured by the proxy
• If we delete the VMs in the Openstack, it is not getting reflected in Zabbix

We are using a three node Openstack Realease havana implementation. The heat orchestrator and ceilometer modules are installed in the controller node. The compute node is using KVM hypervisor on Ubuntu 12.04. Zabix version is 2.0.12. We have installed the proxy on a standalone machine. It is pulling details of all newly created instances and projects, except for thos instances created using heat orchestrator

Regarding the Heat-template issue we haven't been able to replicate it on our OpenStack testbed. Can you give us some more details on your template/logs/etc?

From our tests we create a new stack using Heat and the hosts are added to Zabbix. If we delete the stack, the hosts are successfully removed.
