keystone can not auto add tenant to zabbix #4

I have update the keysotne.conf notification_driver=keystone.openstack.common.notifier.rpc_notifier but I can not find the keystone.openstack.common.notifier.rpc_notifier module

and when I create a new teant, It can not add to zabbix and in the project_handler.py the keystone_callbak() can not invoke

my openstack version is icehouse I find the plugin only worked for Havana but not for icehouse isn't it?

why?
